Why go back old skool, we hear you ask?
As you all know we at Tiny Rebel love making beers that stand out, push boundaries and break the norm within the beer industry, so we thought after having a few months with some crazy, out there beers why not go back to where it all started and pay homage to beer styles that Brad and Gazz grew up drinking and inspired the existence of Tiny Rebel.
Introducing our ‘Return to Ale’ series, showcasing 4 classic beer styles with no gimmicks just hops!
Now for the beers themselves… We’ve brewed up four classics, a Golden Ale, English IPA, Cream Stout and an Extra Special Bitter (ESB) check out below to find out everything you need to know about these brews.
To say goodbye to winter and hello spring, we’ve brewed up this Golden Ale with Chevalier and Biscuit malts along with classic hops Cascade and Fuggle. This Golden Ale is jam packed with golden goodness and pours like liquid sunshine.
| Introducing the Cream Stout, brewed using the ‘Rolls Royce’ of malts Maris Otter and a classic British hop Fuggle to bring you that classic stout flavour! Not forgetting the lactose we’ve added in to bring that creaminess to the Stout. It’s the perfect beer for those who love a good Stout! |
Brewed with Olicana to bring you tropical flavours and aromas of mango, grapefruit and passionfruit, with Jester hops to bring you that slight bitterness you’d expect from an IPA! What makes this one so English you ask? That’s all thanks to the hops used in the brew, both varieties have been grown and harvested right here in the UK. The only way this one could get any more English is if Jonny English brewed it himself!
| Extra Special Bitter is a proper classic and one that Gazz would take over any IPA any day! Brewed with Admiral hops to bring you that orangery, citrus and herbal notes, followed up with Pilgrim hops to deliver you that bitter kick you’d expect from a ESB. |
