When will I get the voucher?
We try and send them within 2 working days but we ask that you allow up to 5 working days as this is a manual process.
How does it work:
If you buy this eVoucher as a gift we'll send you an email in a couple of working days with a unique code on that will allow someone to get a Tiny Rebel tour on you.
Can I buy more than 1:
Yes. We'll send you an email for each order. So an order with 1 eVoucher will have 1 code on 1 email, an order with 4 eVouchers will have 4 codes on 1 email.
How do they redeem the eVoucher?
Email [email protected] and we'll manually book the holder of the voucher onto the tour they want to go on....as long as there is space of course.

Delivery
Timescales:
After an order is placed, we aim to pick and pack the order within 2-4 working days. This can be as quick as 24 hours, but during our busiest periods (November, December and February) this may extend to 6-8 working days. DPD, our courier normally deliver in 1-2 working days once collected from us.
Please be aware, Bank Holidays will extend delivery times by a day or two. Order from a Friday may not be able to get packed until the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95, but the charge is higher on some areas, please see below:
- Rural Scotland - £12
- Northern Ireland - £14
- Isle of Man - £14
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK, but we are looking at solutions to enable us to start shipping internationally again, so watch this space!!
