The Role


We’re looking for Multiple Regional Sales Managers across the Country to join the team. You’ll be reporting into our Head of Sales and also be working closely with the Sales Team and wider operation teams.


Responsibilities include:


● Total Regional Accountability across Independent Free Trade Customers, Select National L&T, Regional Wholesale & Direct Customers.
● Driving Revenue, Profit, Distribution Points and Volume to deliver an On Trade Financial Plan
● Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across key multiple operators.
● Build and Develop a World Class Relationships and Contact Strategy across RTMS, Key Groups and Accounts.
● Execute Activations and drive Brand Presence and Rate of Sales across Region.


The Person

● Strong work ethic, persistence, resilience and Champions the Tiny Rebel Culture and Brand.
● A clear understanding of the Beer Category
● Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leads by example
● Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders.
● Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
● Proficient in negotiation, and objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen.
● Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics.
● Can demonstrate time and workload management skills to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
